Our Repair Process
We've streamlined our process to get you back on the road safely and quickly. From estimate to final clear coat, here is what you can expect.
1. Get a Free Estimate
Submit photos and a description of the damage. We'll provide a detailed estimate, separating costs for structural repair and cosmetic paint matching so you can choose what fits your budget.
2. Prepare & Ship
Once you're ready, strip your bike of parts, clean the frame, and ship it or drop it off at our St. Louis location.
3. Assessment & Scan
We physically inspect the damage. You can opt for an ultrasound scan to reveal hidden issues. Half the scan cost is credited towards your repair.
4. Expert Repair
Carbon Repair: ~10-12 business days.
Paint Matching: +3-5 business days.
5. Return & Ride
We'll send an invoice when the work is done. Once paid, we ship your frame back or have it ready for pickup.
